What do I need to get before I take my kitten home?
Feeding dish:
Not a deep bowl - Many cats are reluctant to put their faces into a deep bowl, a flat plate is what my kittens are used to eating off.
Water Bowl:
A wide water bowl - Ceramic ones tend to keep the water cooler, but be sure to place it somewhere where it won't get knocked over.
Litter Tray:
A large enough tray to accommodate your growing pet
Kitty Litter:
The breeder should be able to tell you which one your kitten is used to. We recommend Breeders choice, a pelleted recycled news paper which is safe if a kitten was to ingest some litter, it breaks down in tummy and is passed easily.
Carry Cage:
A safe carrying box . There are a number of reasonably priced ones on the market. We recommend PP 20's for your pet especially if we have to fly it.
Food:
A supply of the food your kitten is used to eating. The breeder should provide you with information on the kitten's diet and what to buy.
Grooming:
Grooming tools, brush, comb etc. The breeder can advise you on the best purchases.
