Welcome to Cenedra Burmilla's.

My name is Christine Smith, and my Cenedra Cattery is situated in the Sydney suburb of Rydalmere, near Parramatta.

This is where my husband and I have raised our four children. We share our home with our beautiful cats and two Samoyed dogs.

Black Shaded Long Hair Burmilla

The Burmilla is a man made breed, a combination of the Burmese and the Chinchilla Persian, an active muscular cat of medium size with striking green eyes with a wonderful white undercoat tipped in the 5 colours of black, blue, brown, chocolate and lilac. The Burmilla has a dense but silky sparkling coat.

Cenedra is proud to be the only breeder in NSW that breeds all 5 colours in the tipped and shaded coat.

Cenedra breeds both the Short and Long Hair Burmilla’s and all our kittens are born and raised in our home. All kittens are handled from birth and grow up to be wonderfully socialized kittens, use to all the noises and sounds that are associated with living in a home environment.

The Burmilla has also been know as the Tiffanie or Australian Tiffanie, but all are the same breed of cat (Burmilla). These cats have been featured on Harry's Practice, Burke's Backyard and Katrina Warren's "Milly" was a Burmilla - so as you can see, this breed has been in very good company!
